Welcome to our website (“Site”). Lords Message Pty Ltd (“We” or “Our” or “Us”) owns this Site and operates it as a social networking service for Christians. Our purpose is to promote the core principles of Christianity in a safe, fun, informative and interactive environment.

August 2007. We are continuously developing this Site and may change it and/or these Terms in any way at any time without giving you notice. Any change to this Site will be subject to these Terms. You are responsible to check these Terms periodically for changes. If you use this Site after we have changed these Terms, you are bound by the changes (whether or not you are aware of them). We may also suspend or discontinue this Site (or any feature of it) at any time for any reason without notice or liability.

Who is eligible to become a user

For the benefit of all users, this Site is restricted to people over the age of 13 who satisfy our other registration requirements. By using this Site you guarantee to us that you are over 13. We will be relying on you giving us accurate, current and complete details about yourself when registering as a user.

Currently, we do not charge registered users a fee for using this Site, but we may impose a charge later and may change the charge from time to time.

Core Christian principles

Core Christian Principles This website is a non-denominational Christian website founded on the following core belief's taken from the Bible. We believe that or in;

A) Jesus Christ is Lord and Saviour. All people are sinners and need a saviour
B) Jesus' substitutionary death and bodily resurrection.
C) Jesus is the one and only way to God and salvation comes by His grace through faith.
D) There is only One God who is Father- Jesus the Son- and the Holy Spirit.
E) The Holy Bible is the complete Gospel- the inspired and infallible, written Word of God.

There are many other doctrines revealed within the Bible itself that we believe are essential and fundamental Christian principles and beliefs.

Rules of conduct

We want everyone who uses this Site to be able to enjoy it and feel confident that they are entering a safe on-line environment. To achieve that, we need to impose strict rules of conduct set out in this section.

You must not post material, engage in conduct or otherwise do anything in relation to this Site that we determine:

is in conflict with the core principles of Christianity;

What happens if you breach these Terms

Your access to this Site is a privilege, not a right. If we become aware that you have breached any of these Terms, we may at our absolute discretion, without liability, and without giving you any notice or reason, at any time:

issue you with a warning;
suspend, restrict or terminate your rights to use this Site;
remove or modify any material you have posted on this Site; and/or
take any other action that we consider is appropriate.

If we terminate your rights to use this Site you are not entitled to a refund of all or part of any user fee you may have paid.

You indemnify us and our officers, employees and any related entities (and will keep us and them indemnified) against any loss or liability that we or they suffer as a consequence of your breach of any of these Terms. This indemnity continues despite any suspension, restriction or termination of your user rights.

You may terminate your user rights

You may terminate your user rights in relation to this Site at any time for any reason without notice or liability. However, your indemnity in the previous section will continue despite that termination and you are not entitled to a refund of all or part of any user fee you may have paid.

Please contact our Customer Service Department [it would be better to be able to specify the exact procedure] if you are concerned about any User Content. While we have the right to monitor User Content and take action to enforce our rights under these Terms, we are not obligated to do so.

Governing law

We operate this Site from New South Wales, Australia. Even though you may be accessing this Site from some other place (whether in Australia or another country), the laws of New South Wales, Australia govern these Terms. Those laws also include applicable Commonwealth of Australia laws.

You agree that the Court system of New South Wales, Australia has exclusive jurisdiction in relation to all matters concerning these Terms and this Site. This means that if you or we make a claim against each other, you will not object to having that claim determined solely by an appropriate Court in New South Wales, Australia.

If you are not in New South Wales, Australia, you must also comply with any relevant local law.
