Governing law
We operate this Site from New South Wales, Australia. Even though you may be accessing this Site from some other place (whether in Australia or another country), the laws of New South Wales, Australia govern these Terms. Those laws also include applicable Commonwealth of Australia laws.
You agree that the Court system of New South Wales, Australia has exclusive jurisdiction in relation to all matters concerning these Terms and this Site. This means that if you or we make a claim against each other, you will not object to having that claim determined solely by an appropriate Court in New South Wales, Australia.
