WARNING - INTERNET SCAMS Posted 25/11/2008
heath

You may have recieved an email from another LordsMessage.com member explaining their tragic circumstances.

The story usually goes something like this: Widowed Christian person, dying usually from cancer and has a large amount of money to will to someone like you. They're asking you to take the money and donate it to a charity and keep a percentage for yourself.

Please do not fall for these scams or even reply to these emails. We are monitoring such activity and banning any member sending them or when their IP address does not match their country of residence.

It sure helps us though when our members report any such emails to our team and we can get on to it earlier.

Thanks for your support and God bless you and your families this Thanks Giving!

Blessings from the LordsMessage Team Posted 14/11/2008
heath

The holiday season is fast approaching and the LordsMessage team would like to say thank you to everyone for sharing their personal testimonies of God's greatness and love.
We pray that everyone has a safe and wonderfully blessed time over Thanksgiving, Christmas and the new year period and want you to know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers.
We've been busy establishing part of our team in the USA as well as in Australia so that in the future we'll be better situated to service both the Southern and Northern hemispheres as well as the different time zones between the two continents.
We will be keeping you all up to date as we progress and develop with the website and as we continue to pray for growth through word of mouth and for lives to be changed through your personal stories. We ask that you continue to pray with us on this.
God bless, have a happy and Holy Thanksgiving and peace to all in Jesus name.
LM Team.

By His Grace, this is my story. - (411 Views)

Now aged 60 I look back over my life and realise that one might think that God has had a piece of elastic attached to me. I so often have stretched it to its full length only to find myself being snapped back to face the consequences of my waywardness. God has never turned His back on me even though I have tested almost every possible boundary there is.

Pray that this site will glorify God in every way, that it will touch many lives and bring many, by the Grace of God, into His Kingdom. That the lonely will find companionship, the sad be uplifted and the troubled find solace. Bless the lives, hearts and minds of the many who took part in its development; may their faith be strengthened and for those who are still on neutral ground, be convicted. Others who are unsure of our Lord's love for them be moved by the testimonies people offer and (by His Grace) be drawn to ask Jesus to forgive them their sins and to be Lord of their lives. May the blood of our precious Saviour keep this site pure and true. In the name of Jesus. Amen

... Thanks for the note left on my message board...
... We are doing OK, as are our "moggies"... I updated that situation in a blog --- I doubt those animal control officers will be much of a problem in the future...
... I SHOULD tell you my son had taken in a stray cat several months ago --- NOT real friendly or responsive toward anyone till I was visiting right after learning that new word --- I addressed "hemi" as a "moggie" and he came right up to me and started rubbing & purring... Nathan then called him a "moggie" and they've been best friends ever since :-D --- musta been a "down-under" cat at some point in its bloodline heritage...
... Good to see the site back up & running --- it's been down a bit recently --- oh well, that sort of thing keeps us in prayer for all of you and the site...

Hi Max, I didn't know they were here indefinatley. That's exciting for us as we may get to see them, but pertty sad for you. I am glad that you'll get to see them in August. I've been doing long distance for 29 years now. The hardest part right now is that my mum is 85 and not in the best of health so it would be nice to be closer. Hopefully we can get over for a vist next year. So glad you're getting to spend time with the new grandbaby :) I guess Australia is just a hop, skip and a jump from Scotland lol don't count us out on a vistit sometime :) Take care. Prayers to you and the family.... Mairi

Glad you enjoyed yourself here, so what was it like to leave the northern hemisphere in the fall and end up in the southern hemisphere in the spring? I'd like to get "down under" someday, God willing . . .
